Tasman Journals titles welcomes submissions written in clear standard English as follows:
Original Research (maximum 4000 words), including preliminary research findings (2000 words)
Reviews (4000 words)
Significant Audits with potential to change practice undertaken as normal practice or under hospital accreditation
Case reports (1500 words)
Studies demonstrating positive or negative changes in patient outcomes due to altered patient circumstances or changes in nursing practice
Letters to the editor (800 words)
Objective comment on nursing practice, management and politics
All patient information must be de-dentified. Authors must consider whether the approval of the consultant in charge of an admitted case or cases is required and if so make a formal statement that approval has been obtained in writing.
